amazing stay!
clear directionself servicecomfortable roomfaulty thermostat
the team connected with us before we arrived and gave super clear directions on how to get from the airport! a taxi was waiting for us, and the driver was super nice and took us straight to the hotel. check-in was smooth because of the self-service kiosk, so we got to our room quickly! i loved how comfortable the room was.
The thermostat in the room seemed off. It was a bit cold! i couldn't get it to adjust, so i had to bundle up a bit more.

the breakfast buffet included regional options and common international dishes so there was plenty to choose from. i noticed a solid variety of hot and cold items like eggs, pastries, and fruits plus several juice options to enjoy during breakfast.

the location is perfect, being near the central train station and a short walk to sites like the old town square! tram stops are right outside, which makes getting around easy. the hotel is around a courtyard, so it is quiet at night!

the breakfast buffet offered many choices it included cereals breads and a selection of fruits i found the hotel location convenient near the train station the staff provided quick assistance and maintained clean rooms.
my room lacked air conditioning which was a minor inconvenience during warmer hours
